1.If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

It is very easy open your Gazemart app go to my account then all your orders will come then click on cancel option near the selected product. Once you have created your order cancellation request, your cancellation process starts and you get your refund within the stipulated period of time.

2.What is a replacement order?

It is the process of replacing the items (which are rejected by customer Because of Any defects in the products) with the new items in order to fulfill customer demand. Reason for replacement.

3.Can I cancel Gazemart order after shipped?

Just go to the order section in Gazemart,There is an option for cancelling a product before it gets shipped. Once it get shipped you can’t cancel the order, what you can do is drop a email to Gazemart regarding you cancellation of the order and don’t accept the product when the courier guys brings it to your home.

4.How long does it take for a Cancelled order to be refunded?

Officially, the refund time is from one to three weeks from the date of closing the order. Usually, the refund is processed within 5-10 days. If you paid for the order via an electronic wallet, you will get your money faster. Processing the funds on the bank cards might take longer time
